The landscape in cold colors is conventionally divided into two parts. The lower one is geometrically verified and depicts a mansion with a garden and a square pond. Above, the outlines of skulls appear from the clouds — a symbolist technique used by the artist. The real and magical worlds unite and interpenetrate: the skulls “flow down” on the canvas, pouring rain on the ground.
