Hereby I, further on – the "Personal Data Subject", to the satisfaction of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ d.d. July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (with amendments and additions) freely, with my will and in my interest give my consent to the Limited Liability Company "RMK" (hereinafter referred to as "Local Authorities", address: (350010, Krasnodar, Zipovskaya Str., 5, building 33) to my personal data processing, specified when filling out the web form on mosthave.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and sent (completed) using the Site.

Under personal data, I understand any information relating to me as a Personal Data Subject, including my last name, first name, patronymic, address, contact information (phone, fax, e-mail, postal address), other information, which I see fit to turn in. Under the processing of personal data, I understand gathering, systematization, accumulation, refinement, updating, modification, use, distribution, transmission, including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, erasure, permanent storage, and any other operations with personal data.

I hereby confirm that I give permission for the processing of my personal data in order to send me emails from the Local Authorities, in response to my request, as well as to register me as a bidder 
of MOST auction and the subsequent conclusion of auction purchase and sale agreement. 

I am aware that:
1. the present consent to personal data processing, specified in the request or registration form sent by the Site, is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of the request or filling in the registration form;
2. the consent may be withdrawn by me based on a written statement in any format;
3. the provision of personal data of third parties without their consent involves responsibility in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject can be carried out with or without automation facilities in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and internal regulations of Local Authorities.

Local Authorities takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental usage, erasure, modification, blocking, copying, provision, and dissemination, as well as from other illegal acts against personal data, and assumes the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data of the Personal Data Subject.

The date, when the web form is sent from the Site, is the date of consent to the processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject.
